We recommend learning more about Box Drive via the resources listed at.Add or update a file or folder in Box Drive, and the icon changes to an orange syncing icon. The blue cloud icon beside a file or folder indicates the item is safely stored and up to date in Box.In this case, from your Start menu click the Box icon or search for 'Box Drive'. If you don't see the Box folder in File Explorer, Box Drive may not be running.You can navigate through any folder and open every file you see just as if it were a local file.

You have installed Box Drive successfully! You can now access Box Drive by opening Explorer and navigating to the folder named Box. Click Use Single Sign On (SSO), enter your Emerson email address, and authenticate with Duo. 
When complete, you will be presented with the Box Login dialog. 
Download the Box Drive installer from and double click it. Confirm your files are backed up to Box via the web interface. Please note that Box Drive is not compatible with Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or on the Microsoft Surface Pro X. For uninstall instructions, visit Uninstalling Box Sync and Uninstalling ExpanDrive. Googling about access to Box Drive offline folders didn't turn anything up, either.We no longer recommend Box Sync or ExpanDrive, so if you used either of these tools previously, be sure to back up your files to Box via the web interface, and then uninstall them before installing Box Drive. When Box Drive is running, the following folder shows up in my user directory, containing all my Box content: 10:45 AM Box [\?\Volume I would like to access my Box offline files even when the Box Drive app is not running. Any file stored in an offline folder can be accessed without an Internet connection. The Box Drive app for Windows (ver 2.0 and above) allows you to mark a folder as offline.
